In order for INAIVU to process your return, we must receive your unused item(s) within 30 days of your order date. All final sale items are not eligible for refund. Please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back. Shipping costs will not be refunded. As goods can take up to 7 business days to arrive with us, please ensure you allow adequate time for any return.
